1. Detailed description of goods and/or services
Alexandra Classics is a business in the fashion industry that sells womenswear.
2. Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3 days; once your order is ready, delivery will confirmed by way of email.
3. Export restriction
The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.
4. Return and Refunds policy
4.1. The provision of goods and services by Alexandra Classics is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Alexandra Classics will refund the client in full within 30 days.
4.2. You have the right to return any returnable item to us within 7 (seven) days from the date on which you received your order (as reported by our delivery partner) subject to the terms and conditions set out in this clause.
4.3. Items that have been marked down and/or on sale, are not eligible for a refund.
4.4. Should you wish to return an item(s), you must first submit a return request in the manner set out here under:

Following receipt of your order, you must notify us within 24 (twenty-four) hours of receipt by contacting us via “Contact” on our website or by sending an email to alexandraclassics@gmail.com quoting the order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for wanting to return same.
4.6. In the event that your request is authorised, we will contact you to arrange the return.
4.7. Return courier costs will be at client's expense, unless the item(s) returned is faulty or not as ordered. In this instance, courier costs will be incurred by Alexandra Classics. We suggest using Postnet to Postnet courier service, selecting Postnet Melrose Arch as the destination. Alternatively delivery address is: 4 Syferfontein Road, 301 Glenridge Kentview, Johannesburg, 2196.
4.8. Once we have received your returned item(s) and provided we receive same in its original and complete packaging (including any boxes, protective packaging and/or documentation) in the condition it was in when delivered to you and within a reasonable time, we shall refund you the amount you paid for the item(s) excluding the initial outbound shipping cost, unless you reasonably allege and we are satisfied that you received the item in a faulty condition, in which case your refund shall include the initial outbound shipping costs. Please note that all of our items undergo strict quality control checks before being dispatched to you. Faulty items will only be accepted by us if the items were delivered to the customer damaged.
4.9. We shall refund you by crediting the payment card you used for your purchase with the applicable amount as soon as possible but within 30 (thirty) business days of the date on which your order was placed.
4.10. Regardless of whether your return request has been authorised, we will not refund you for a returned item where in our reasonable opinion the item(s) has, following the sale to you, been worn or become of an unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use it in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, use in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care.)
5. Customer Privacy policy
Alexandra Classics shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). 6. Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard.
7. Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Alexandra Classics via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
8. Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Alexandra Classics separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.
9. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
10. Responsibility
Alexandra Classics takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
11. Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Alexandra Classics chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
12. Variation
Alexandra Classics may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
